The server is new. Therefor these rules are a work in progress. Rules will be added / removed over time. If you believe something should be against the rules. Let a staff member know and follow their advice.
GENERAL SERVER CONDUCT
Players must communicate in English exclusively
Impersonation of staff members, other players, or clans is strictly prohibited
Advertising is restricted to server-related links only, such as forums, Discord, and Dropout's Twitch.
Racism, sexism, homophobia, and other forms of bigotry are strictly banned
Spamming or arguing in out-of-character (OOC) or advert chats is prohibited
Real World Trading (RWT), such as exchanging in-game currency for real money, is strictly banned
Microphone spamming is forbidden, except for Hobos playing music in a stationary location at a reasonable volume
Do not attempt to find loopholes in the rules; use common sense
If you discover an exploit or glitch, you must report it immediately
Do not retaliate to a rule break with another rule break; contact a staff member instead
ROLEPLAY RULES
Random Deathmatch (RDM) is strictly forbidden
Metagaming (using out-of-character knowledge in-game) is prohibited
Scamming players (e.g., Selling printers and then logging off) is a bannable offence.
Warnings must be given via

NEW LIFE RULE (NLR)
You must not return to the location of your death for 3 minutes
Upon dying, you lose all memories and grudges from your past life and cannot act on them until the timer expires
If defending a raid, you may return after 3 minutes.
If attacking in a raid, you may return after 3 minutes only if a teammate is still alive inside; otherwise, the raid is over.
--Waiting outside the boundary for the timer to expire is prohibited.
Police cannot die, change to a non-PD job, and return to raid the same base.
Police cannot anticipate criminal paths based on past-life deaths.
You may not RDM someone simply because you suspect them of breaking NLR; gather evidence and contact staff instead.
BUILDING & BASE RULES
Building on streets, sidewalks, roofs, and connecting tunnels is permitted
Prop blocking is prohibited; at least one entrance must remain accessible
Bases must feature an entrance that passes through public or owned land
You may only purchase doors for a building you own
A maximum of 5 fading or moving doors is permitted per base.
--Shooting holes do not count toward this limit.
Every fading door must have clearly visible keypads on both sides.
Fading doors must be easily lock-pickable and spaced far enough apart to fit at least two players without getting stuck.
Fading doors are strictly for entryways, not for bridges or blocking structures.
A visible "Building" sign prevents you from being raided.
--You cannot possess raidables (Printers, Weed, Meth etc.) while building.
KOS signs must use a minimum font size of 50 and be clearly visible from the outside.
--You cannot display both a KOS sign and a Building sign simultaneously
KOS lines cannot be placed in the spawn area or on main town pavements
If you allow continuous raiding, you may place "raid freely" on your KOS sign
Raidables cannot be hidden inside props to prevent access
No-collided props are restricted to decorative use only.
One-way props are permitted, but shooting through them (or using them to aim through solid walls) is strictly forbidden.
Shooting holes must be large enough to expose the head and torso.
Base materials must not be disorienting, invisible, or overly transparent (minimum transparency value of 110).
Bases cannot be constructed underwater.
Elevators cannot serve as the sole entrance to a base.
The Bank may only be used as a base by "Peacekeeper" jobs working with the Banker.
--- Banned Bases ---
The following base types are strictly forbidden:
Kill boxes.
Blackout or single-color rooms that distort vision.
Crouch bases.
Jump or parkour bases.
Angle bases (where defenders can see attackers, but attackers cannot see defenders).
Flying or floating bases.
Tiering bases (e.g., ladder bases) that increase the raider's challenge unfairly, excluding shooting windows.
Maze bases with excessively long distances or more than 3 turns.
--- Mega Bases ---
Mega bases are defined as occupying 2 or more buildings.
They require at least 5 active members storing raidables inside.
All members are collectively responsible for rule breaks within the base.
RAIDING & CRIME
Only Neutral & Criminal jobs may commit crimes..
Raids are limited to 10 minutes.
Raid cooldowns are 30 minutes for the same base and 10 minutes for a different base.
Raiding a base with a "Building" sign is prohibited, except for Hitmen/spys completing contracts.
You may bypass cooldowns to raid a base with a "raid freely" sign, though NLR still applies.
During a raid, you may only kill players interacting with the base, not random bystanders.
If a police officer within 15 meters poses a visible threat during your raid, you may attack them.
Using the phys gun, tool gun, spawning props, or altering materials during an active raid is prohibited.
Defenders must use keypads or buttons during a raid; bypassing them is Fading Door Abuse (FDA).
You cannot construct or build while raiding or being raided.
If defending players break rules (FDA, Fail base) causing the raid to fail, attackers can contact staff to declare a false raid and restart.
Countering raids is permitted without an advert, provided your job allows it.
KIDNAPPING
Kidnapping is permitted every 10 minutes.Β
If a kidnap attempt fails, the cooldown is 5 minutes.
--If successful, you must wait 45 minutes before kidnapping the same player again.
--This cooldown is shared among all kidnappers in the same base
Hostages may be held for a maximum of 10 minutes
Ransom demands are capped at $50,000 for standard players and $250,000 for the Prime Minister
Hostages must have a legitimate way to pay for their release
If the timer expires or the hostage refuses to pay, you may execute them
If a hostage is confined in your base, they must comply; failing to do so is FailRP
Kidnapping players inside the spawn area is strictly forbidden
You cannot kidnap players who have an active "Building" sign
LAW ENFORCEMENT
--- Peace Keepers ---
The Chief Constable commands all law enforcement
Police must respond to witnessed crimes
Police are strictly forbidden from assisting in crimes
Police must enforce the Mayor's laws, reporting any invalid laws to staff
Police may only use the battering ram with valid justification, such as a warrant or hostage situation
Police raids based on warrants can last up to 15 minutes
---Warrants must be based on verified information, not just witness statements
Arresting players in spawn is only permitted if they are actively killing or kidnapping
Officers may arrest players with unholstered weapons without a warrant, provided they lack a gun license and laws do not state otherwise

Police cannot build inside the PD without the Mayor's permission
--- The Prime Minister ---
The PM issues warrants but does not directly enforce laws
The PM cannot overrule default server rules or mandate RDA/MRDM
If The PM allows public PD access, they cannot protect players raiding the vault
The PM can be demoted for any reason, typically for making unpopular laws
GANGS & CLANS
Players must be a criminal job to interact with flags
Players inside the zone of your captured flag are KOS.
--You may kill players inside the zone if you own the flag or are actively capturing it
If at war with another gang, members are KOS at all times
After capturing or dying at a flag, you must wait 3 minutes before capturing a different flag.
--This cooldown does not apply to defending your own flag, though NLR still applies if you died there
Returning to the same flag where you died violates NLR.
Building on top of gang flags is prohibited.
Gang names, ranks, and profile pictures must not contain discriminatory or offensive content.
